His outstanding performance has earned him a full scholarship to the University of the Incarnate Word, where he plans to continue his athletic career at the Division 1 level and pursue a Bachelor of Science in Biology.In addition to track, Jake played varsity football in his junior and senior years, participated in the National Honor Society, and was involved in the Independent Study Mentorship program.
