Reagan Band Kickoff 2025 Marching Season With Free PerformanceBTy Danny Cervanteshe nationally renowned Reagan Band and Guard kicks off their 25th anniversary of varsity marchingthis month. This year’s show, entitled“Not So Simple,” builds on the legacy of excellence Reagan has established over the last quarter century, consistently finishing in the top 10 of UIL State marching competitions. During September, the ensemble will continue learning the drill and music, practicing after school, and performing at halftime of Rattler football games.The 2025 Reagan Marching Band features senior Isaac Joo as head drum major with associate drum majors Laila Bondoc, Savanah Carper, Francesca Mossom, allseniors, and junior Bryson Bodenhamer. Director of Bands Brett Nelson leads the way with returning associate directors Tyler Estrada Simon and Paula Boothman. Ray Ulibarri is the percussion director and the Reagan Guard is led by directors Kim Booher and Ty Rainey.Youcancatchanearlyglimpseof“NotSo Simple” at the Fall Marching Band Festival, hosted by NEISD on September 23rd at Heroes Stadium. The Reagan Band performs along with marching bands from across the district in front of family and fans. Parents are invited for a special show-off at 11:30 AM to watch their spirit leaders truly defy gravity. Participants can cheer on the sidelines at the Varsity football game on September 27 at Heroes Stadium!Then, on Saturday, September 27, lace up those dancing shoes for the Reagan Dance Clinic, running 8:00–11:30 AM at Reagan. Also open to grades PreK–9, dancers will learn a fun, Wicked-worthy routine. A Parent Show Off at 11:15 AM gives a sneak peek before your performer dances through life at halftime with the Reagan Dancers under the Friday night lights.Want to register for both clinics?
