Reagan Band Prepares For The March To Grand NationalsABy Danny Cervantess the summer blazes on, the Reagan Band and Guard begin preparations for the upcomingcompetitive marching season. While their friends and neighbors are taking vacations, students in the Reagan Guard and Drumline hold camps early in July as the program comes to life. Summer band camp starts the last week of the month with the entire program uniting to practice marching fundamentals, learn new music and drill with their flags and rifles prior to the start of school. In May, the band revealed the name of this year’s show, “Not So Simple”, in front of family, friends and alumni at the end ofmini band camp. This year’s show is special, because the final performance will take place this November at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis at the Bands of America Grand Nationals competition. Additionally, the award-winning Reagan Band will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary of competing at the varsity level.During the month of July we invite everyone to learn more about the Reagan Band family by visiting our website at ReaganBand.com or following us on Instagram @ReaganBand. Here you will find out more information about how to get involved and support the program as either a fan or a sponsor.By Becky DaileyC ongratulations to the 2025 Cheer, Dance, and Mascot Seniors!
