Reagan theatre is known for excellence, as last year’s UIL One-Act play advanced to top 24 in state. They also boast three best actor nominees in Las Casas, and last year’s Joci Awards winner for Best Lead Actor in a High School Musical. Additionally, Reagan’s Thespian Troupe #6151 members received numerous awards at the state and national levels including a Thespy award winner in 2023.The spring musical is the prize of the season as members of the choir and orchestra join the theatre forming a cast and crew of nearly150, including award-winning musicians and All State vocalists. He draws inspiration from those who believed in him, such as family, friends, and dedicated coaches. Leo’s determination to prove themright drives his journey.His achievements include two-timeall-district football player and one-time all-conference wrestler in Illinois, with recognition as an all-district wrestler in Texas. In high school, he actively participated in football, track, and wrestling, showcasing his sports dedication.Leo anticipates attending the University of North Texas, aspiring to earn an MBA and play college football. He offers advice to new high school students: maintain mental strength and discipline despite challenges.His favorite sports memory is beating Smithson Valley in the first football game on the last play.
