You may have children back in school and extracurricular activities. Maybe you don’t have children, however, back to school traffic has added time onto your commute. Fall is also when the weather cools off and you may begin to crave heavier meals and candy makes a very strong appearance with Halloween. This begins the slippery slope of gaining holiday weight and making yet another repetitive new year weight loss resolution.Instead of falling into the same habits and routine which results in you falling off the wagon try using the season to your advantage. With the cooler temperatures, find quick ways to get in some steps outside. If you have a child that is in sports, their practice time is now your workout time. Maybe you have less time to exercise before work with added traffic, pack yourwalking shoes and make lunchtime your workout time. Take your 10-minute break and powerwalk. Fall and winter are known for crockpot meals, look up healthy meal ideas that you can add to help you have healthy meals prepared. The point is fall in line with the habits that help you stay on the wagon versus continuously falling off.
