Aim for 8-8-ounce glasses of hydration a day.Stay on a sleep schedule despite holiday plans is useful for rest and restoration of our body. Most of us need 7-9 hours of sleep. A routine in preparation for sleep may help with REM sleep and readiness (energy) for a busy holiday season.
