Some people experience Cancer- related fatigue (CRF) that limits exercise and physical activity during and after cancer treatments. Supervised programs with frequent rest periods are recommended to minimize CRF.Your quality of life and psychosocial aspects may be improved with a specific individualized exercise program.Ann H. She reached Level 9 within 5 1⁄2 years and then decided to retire from gymnastics when she made both varsity track and color guard during her freshman year at O’Connor High School. She excelled in the field event of pole-vaulting, and competed at Regionals and was the only freshman. She also placed second at championships with her color guard team.As if this weren’t enough, she also made the cheer team and attended the Varsity Cheer Camp at UTSA where she was 1 of 8 girls from O’Connor who were named All American Cheerleader and given a medal for demonstrating superior technical skill,• Se Habla Español• Most Insurance Accepted• We Honor Medicare• Compassionate Doctor& Staff12002 Bandera Rd Suite 111 Helotes, TX 78023Office: 210.695.9002Fax: 210.695.9044 www.HelotesMed.comleadership, and strong personal values.
