The Navy ROTC Scholarship is a highly competitive national scholarship that provides full tuition, books stipend, educational fees, and other financial benefits to many of our country’s finest colleges and universities. Upon graduation and completion of the Navy ROTC program at the University of Texas, he will be commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy in the unrestricted line community.Evan has been an influential and active member of Smithson Valley’s award- winning NJROTC program for four years and has competed on the Academics, Air Rifle, and Orienteering teams.
